Terms of service

The service is operated by Empire Legacy Grp, LLC, located at 10926 David Taylor Dr Ste 120, Charlotte, NC 28262. By creating an account or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and consent to receive electronic records about your account and purchases.

We provide property analysis only. We are not a real estate brokerage, lender, appraiser, financial adviser, attorney, or tax adviser, and nothing we deliver is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. No acquisition, brokerage, or transaction services are included with any plan.

Analyses are produced from the assumptions you enter and from general market data. Accuracy depends on your inputs. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for any decision you make.

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. One person or business per account. We may suspend or close an account for misuse, abuse, non-payment, or attempts to circumvent usage limits, including creating additional accounts to obtain more complimentary analyses.

A free account includes three software analyses in total, plus any analyses earned through the referral program. Investor Plus is $249 per month and includes 10 software analyses per billing cycle. Investor Pro is $399 per month with unlimited software analyses, subject to fair use, and includes the advanced asset classes.

Unused analyses do not roll over between billing cycles. Limits are enforced by our systems and may not be shared between accounts.

The $149 human analyst report is a separate one-time service in which an analyst reviews one property and typically delivers a written report within 24 hours of purchase. It does not add software analyses to your account and does not create a membership. A membership does not include analyst reports.

Advisory and transaction support is quoted separately for each engagement and is governed by a written agreement signed before work begins. It is not included in any plan shown on this site.

Memberships are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change with notice before your next renewal. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our refund and cancellation policy.

Do not resell, redistribute, or publish our analyses as your own product, scrape the site, reverse engineer the software, or use the service to break the law. Reports are for your own investment decisions and your own advisers.

The software, models, templates, and written materials remain our property. You keep ownership of the property information you submit and grant us permission to use it to deliver the service.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; ending an account does not erase payment or legal records we must retain.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for investment losses or indirect or consequential damages.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Empire Legacy Grp, LLC for losses and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these terms, or property information you submit without authority.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
