Privacy policy

Account information: your email address and password, which is stored in encrypted form by our authentication provider.

Property information: addresses, numbers, and notes you enter for an analysis, a saved deal, an analyst report order, or a seller enquiry.

Contact details: name, email, and phone number when you submit a form or request a consultation.

Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number or bank details; we keep only the record of what you purchased and your subscription status.

Usage information: pages viewed and actions taken, collected through Google Analytics, along with standard server logs.

Referral and communication information: referral links, visits, completed referrals, and records needed to send or document account, purchase, cancellation, report-order, and seller-request messages.

To create and secure your account; run analyses; save deals and pipeline stages; deliver reports; enforce plan and referral limits; process and reconcile payments; respond to seller and consultation requests; send messages you expect about those requests, purchases, cancellations, and your account; prevent abuse; and understand and improve how the site is used.

Only with the service providers needed to run the business — Lovable for hosting, database, authentication, and app email; Stripe for payment processing; Google Analytics for site measurement; customer-management services when connected; and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use necessary browser storage and cookies to keep you signed in, preserve a report order while you move through checkout, and support security. Google Analytics also measures page views and selected actions. Browser controls can block or delete these technologies, although sign-in, saved checkout details, or other features may then stop working. You may also use Google's available analytics opt-out controls.

Account and saved-deal data is kept while your account is open. Payment, order, consent, audit, referral, and communication records may be retained for reasonable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution periods. When you request deletion, we remove or de-identify information that is no longer needed, except where law or legitimate recordkeeping requires retention.

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete information linked to you, or object to or restrict certain uses, by emailing acquisitions@empirelegacygrp.com. We may verify your identity before acting. You may opt out of calls or emails by telling us, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. App emails include Lovable's managed unsubscribe option; essential authentication messages may still be available.

We protect data in transit and at rest and restrict access to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure. The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
